Sunset Soiree- Rep Team Intro shoot

Every year our intro shoot with our new rep team is a massive styled shoot and I think every year it gets bigger and bigger. The theme this year was sunset soiree and I asked all of the girls to come dressed in colors of the sunset. They NAILED it! I am so in love with how these images turned out!

45 reps in just under 2 hours, multiple shoot spots and a combo of group shots and individuals- I was moving all over the place but it was so much fun! I have a lot of senior reps who are returning to the team again this year from being a junior rep last year so it's always great to see them again. Add in a lot of new to me reps and me trying to keep faces and names straight while also remembering all of the poses, who I already photographed at which spot and also keep track of time as I didn't want to run out of sunlight- I may have messed up a couple of names. Sorry, ladies!!

I have a whole host of people I need to thank for helping me pull this off aside from my gorgeous reps (and their parents!)

Melissa & Sidney Johnson created the custom banner and balloon arch and it was beyond perfect. I gave them a mood board of what I was thinking for the shoot and, well, they created a masterpiece. Add in the fact that they hung out the whole shoot, helped in any way we needed and then helped break it all down and clean up afterwards- they're the best! I'm so lucky to have them on my team as well as to be able to call them friends!

Our venue was amazing as well. Blackberry Wedding Barn was wonderful to work with. They were on board with all of my crazy ideas, provided ladders and assistance not to mention have a gorgeous venue. They are available to host grad parties as well as weddings and event so make sure you look into them when you are looking for an event space and you want stunning location while also not having to worry about anything- including weather! That's always the trickiest part of planning an event or styled shoot. Mother Nature will do whatever she wants and if you haven't planned all of the back up plans you may be scrambling. With Blackberry Hill you can have the perfect back up plan. Think about all of the grad parties that were stressing about the rain these past couple of weeks. You don't want to be worrying about something that you have no control over!

And last but certainly not least is CayPops. She also does a stunning job on following our theme colors and inspo and the dessert table shots were perfect with her sweets.
