If you have been around us on social media, you might have seen the hashtag #1492bridetribe once or twice. What that is, is an exclusive community that we have built just for our brides where they can come together and help each other, share and make friends with fellow brides. Since we started it about a year ago, it has been an amazing success! One of the biggest perks of being a part of our #1492bridetribe is knowing that you are more than just a contract. When you sign with us, you become part of our family, and as a member of our family, we are always there for you. So when Mara contacted me to say that her pup, Ryder, had been diagnosed with cancer and that she wanted to do a session with him I was 110% on board! However, life got in the way so we had to push the session out a few months. It worked out beautifully though because the session went from being about a sick pup to celebrating that Ryder had just found out that he was in REMISSION!!!! Can you think of a better reason to celebrate and take pictures?! We couldn't! So we met a few weeks ago at a private farm and shot these images to celebrate Ryder kicking cancer's butt! Congratulations, big guy! We are so happy you're doing well!
