Yikes! How is already June?! I kind of fell off the blog bandwagon last month. Wedding season hit me pretty hard in April and May and then with the end of the school year it seemed like every time we turned around, Ben had another event! I am going to try really, REALLY hard to catch up this month, but don't hold me to it. The majority of my time will be spent doing my favorite job- being mom! So that means that, generally, if the sun is out, I'm unavailable. I will try to respond to emails, phone calls and texts in the evening after bedtime but to be totally honest- I'm usually shot long before he is! Oh to have the energy of an almost 9 year old boy! Thank you in advance for your patience. I know how blessed I am to have a job that allows me the time to step away and be his mom because I know this won't last forever. So until he kicks me out of the ball park, I'll catch you when the sun goes down because until then- Play Ball! (Oh, and yes, he is taller than every other kid on the field. My little giant!!)
